The only hypocrisy that surpasses the radical doctrine known as Obamunism, is the disturbing reality Republicans have repeatedly and eagerly sold out conservatives, and in the process, this country. Time and again, when liberals defiantly hold their party line they’re deemed astute politicians. Yet, when conservatives refuse to compromise – i.e., our founding ideals require or need no conciliation – we’re called extremists and obstructionists to true progress. Sorry, but I refuse to vote for another Republican candidate until they find a backbone and an ounce of conviction. I’d rather lose every election than spit on the Constitution and degrade the values generations of our brethren fought to protect. Our elected leaders cannot even pass a law-mandated budget, balance the national checkbook, and we’re agreeing to further fund their incompetence and their refusal to be held accountable? When reducing the deficit, creating jobs, protecting our borders, supporting our troops, honoring our faith, educating our children and demanding a strong work ethic from all Americans becomes too much of a burden, or politically incorrect, then we’ve officially abandoned the dream that was once America, if not the privilege of calling ourselves one of her own.
